Student residence in Périgord

Every year, from September to June, Le Secret du Périgord welcomes you during your training in the Dordogne.

The Le Secret du Périgord residence is dedicated to welcoming a diverse clientele, while promoting quality accommodation at attractive prices. It offers 50 apartments, including 2 with disabled access, ranging from 3-room to 4-room apartments, all equipped with a kitchen, one or two bathrooms, a terrace, and a private outdoor space. Residents will also have access to a laundry room and luggage storage.

You will appreciate our prime location, in the immediate vicinity of the École Supérieure de Savignac, and our partnership with the Dordogne Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which reinforces our commitment to excellence and local dynamism.

The Work

The residence is undergoing renovations to modernize the rooms and offer greater comfort, with redesigned furniture, functional amenities, and a more contemporary decor.

After renovation, a completely redesigned coliving space will be available, with areas dedicated to collaborative work and events. This friendly space will be ideal for group discussions or student evenings.

Accessible every day, it will also include coworking spaces and meeting rooms to meet all your needs.

Solo, Twin ou Quadruple The different rooms

In our student residence, we offer around fifty fully equipped gîtes, featuring Single, Twin, or Quadruple rooms.

The gîtes are equipped with 3 or 4 rooms (44 to 57m²). Whether you prefer to live with the roommate of your choice or independently, you've come to the right place.

All accommodations have a equipped kitchen, one or two bathrooms, a terrace, and a private outdoor space. Additional services include a laundry room and luggage storage.

Our rooms can be rented by the week or month.

Our rates for the 2025 academic year following renovations:

Single Room: €180/person/week
Shared Twin Room: €90/person/week
Quadruple Room: €75/person/week

OPCO Support

Thanks to a partnership between USSIM Vacances and the École Supérieure de Savignac, overnight stays will be partially covered at a rate of €6 per night starting next year (Sunday to Friday).

Support is subject to the OPCO's decision, based on the applications submitted by the Savignac school.

The Club residence is also open to apprentices from other training centers, even in the absence of a partnership agreement, with the possibility of establishing one if necessary.

Sponsorship: one week for €50 off!

The referral program is paying off, and we're already receiving requests for the next school year.

A little reminder: You refer someone (application sent and registration confirmed) = €50 off your next week.

A haven of peace The green park

Our student residence is located in the heart of a pleasant, green park, where you'll enjoy socializing and strolling. Peace and quiet reign supreme in our student residence. Relax and unwind in our haven of peace.

In the park, you'll find a Basque pelota court, a tennis court, a basketball court, and more. You can organize friendly tournaments.

Also enjoy the 25m swimming pool, open all summer, for a swim after a stroll on the fitness trail. Challenge your friends to a boules pitch, a table football, or a game of ping-pong whenever you like.
