Every year, from September to June, Le Secret du Périgord transforms into a student residence and welcomes you for your internships and your work-study programs in the Dordogne.

You'll appreciate our proximity to Savignac, the town center of Sorges-et-Ligueux-en-Périgord, and all the beauty of the Dordogne.

Find yourself The main building

The main building has a co-living space, completely renovated, work and event spaces. This space is perfect for sharing pleasant moments, for your group work and for organizing your student evenings! The building is open every day, 24 hours a day.

Solo or Twin The different rooms

In our student residence, we offer around fifty fully equipped accommodations, offering Single, Twin, or Quadruple rooms.

Whether you prefer to live with the roommate of your choice or independently, you've come to the right place.

Our rooms can be rented by the week or by the month.

Our rates for the start of the 2025 academic year following renovations:

Single Room: €180/person/week
Shared Twin Room: €90/person/week
Quadruple Room: €75/person/week

OPCO Support

Thanks to a partnership between USSIM Vacances and the Dordogne Chamber of Commerce and Industry, overnight stays will be partially covered up to €6 per night starting next year (Sunday to Friday).

Support is subject to OPCO approval, based on the applications submitted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry schools.

Sponsorship: one week for €50 off!

A haven of peace The green park

Our student residence is located in the heart of a pleasant, green park, where you'll enjoy socializing and strolling. Peace and quiet reign supreme in our student residence. Relax and unwind in our haven of peace.

In the park, you'll find a Basque pelota court, a tennis court, a basketball hoop, and more. You can organize friendly tournaments.

Numerous services have been designed for students:

Fully digitalized process: deposit, inventory, rent payment, etc.
Shuttle service: transfer from Périgueux train station (or another station), upon request and reservation
Luggage storage: free service, for short stays, upon request
Student concierge: to make your life easier on site

Practicality, Simplicity The other little extras

In our student residence, everything has been designed for your comfort.

You will have access to a laundry, equipped with everything you need: a washing machine and a dryer.

A large private parking is available at Le Secret du Périgord.

Following the renovations, each room will include a Wi-Fi connection. Fiber optic Wi-Fi will also be available in the main building.
